Physique Method Personal Training exists to help clients build capable, healthy, and aesthetic bodies through intelligent strength training, targeted cardiovascular conditioning, and dedicated mobility work.
Chris is an ACE-certified personal trainer and a specialist in physique development. He bridges the gap between proven lifting science and real-world execution, helping clients build bodies that perform as well as they look.
He provides professional coaching at the Saline Recreation Center and the Ann Arbor YMCA, as well as within his private training studio in Saline. Chris focuses on delivering high-level, intentional coaching tailored to the individual.
While Chris specializes in weight loss and physique development, he works with anyone committed to their health. He has experience coaching clients across the entire age and fitness spectrum, adapting his approach to meet the specific physical requirements of every life stage.
Every set and rep is calculated to build muscle and improve definition. Your enrollment includes a custom roadmap for the days you aren't in the studio, ensuring your progress never stops.
